You can either apply online below or download a printable form which can then be filled in and submitted by post or scanned and emailed back.

Please ensure you have checked our performance rates before proceeding.  A printable price list is also available below.

After applying for a licence, your show scripts can then be ordered on the same form.

To put in ring binders for director, backstage, sound and lighting etc.
